Dealer Onboarding Agreement

This agreement governs participation in the Hot Tub Buyer dealer network.
1 Purpose of the Platform
Hot Tub Buyer connects customers seeking hot tubs, swim spas, and outdoor wellness products with reputable dealers who can provide sales, installation, and ongoing service. Dealers participating in the platform agree to maintain professional standards and provide high-quality customer experiences.
2 Dealer Eligibility
To join the platform, dealers must:
- • Operate a legitimate registered business
- • Supply recognised hot tub, swim spa, or wellness brands
- • Maintain appropriate insurance
- • Comply with consumer protection laws
- • Follow applicable data protection regulations
Hot Tub Buyer reserves the right to verify dealer credentials.
3 Lead Distribution
Customer enquiries submitted through the platform may be shared with one or more relevant dealers based on:
- • geographic location
- • product interest
- • availability
- • service coverage
4 Lead Usage Rules
Dealers agree that customer data may only be used for:
- • responding to enquiries
- • arranging consultations
- • providing quotations
- • discussing relevant products or services
Dealers must not:
- • sell or transfer lead data
- • use lead data for unrelated marketing
- • contact customers excessively or inappropriately
5 Service Standards
Dealers must aim to:
- • respond to enquiries promptly
- • provide clear and accurate information
- • offer professional installation services
- • provide appropriate aftercare support
Repeated negative customer feedback may result in removal from the platform.
6 Fees and Lead Charges
Hot Tub Buyer may charge dealers for:
- • individual customer leads
- • monthly platform membership
- • premium dealer placements
- • marketing exposure
7 Platform Integrity
Dealers must not attempt to:
- • bypass the platform lead system
- • manipulate customer reviews
- • misrepresent products or pricing
8 Termination
Hot Tub Buyer may terminate dealer access if:
- • service standards are not met
- • data protection rules are violated
- • misleading information is provided
Dealers may cancel participation with written notice.
9 Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
